Jennifer Ringor

Jennifer Ringor has over 30 years of work experience, starting as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife in various public hospitals from 1988 to 2002. Jennifer then worked as a Manual Handling Coordinator at the South West Sydney Area Health Service from 2002 to 2004. Jennifer served as an OHS Coordinator at Bradken Rail from 2004 to 2005 before joining Transfield Services as an HSE Advisor from 2005 to 2010. Jennifer then became the National & New Zealand WHS Manager at Aristocrat from 2010 to 2014. Jennifer worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Senior Health & Safety Consultant from 2014 to 2016, and later as the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager for Retail Banking Services & Bankwest from 2016 to 2018. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Health Safety Manager at the Forestry Corporation of NSW from 2018 to 2019. Jennifer worked as an Environment, Health & Safety Consultant ANZ at Medtronic from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Work Health & Safety at Paraway Pastoral Company Limited since December 2021 and will be starting as the Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing at Fantastic Furniture in January 2023.

Jennifer Ringor completed their education in a chronological order. Jennifer obtained a Diploma in Applied Science (Nursing) from the University of Newcastle from 1985 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nursing) from CQUniversity, which they completed from 1998 to 1999. Jennifer then pursued further education at TAFE NSW, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment in 2003. Later, they completed their Masters in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Wollongong from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer also obtained various certifications. In 2004, they became an AIHS Member/Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional from the Australian Institute of Health & Safety. Most recently, in August 2021, they acquired the Safety Governance Foundation - Affiliate certification from the Safety Governance Foundation.
