George Kenny has had a varied and impressive career in marketing, digital media, and journalism. In 2011, they began their professional career as a Retail Assistant at Garforth Cobbler, followed by an Online Journalist role at Read: Football. George then undertook a Digital Marketing Internship at Premier Farnell in 2014, and a Digital Journalist role at Sportlobster. In 2015, they worked as a Store Assistant at Cancer Research UK (CRUK). In 2016, they took on a Marketing Intern role at dbn Lighting Ltd, and worked on the company's rebranding following its merger with Audile. George then worked as a Brand and Digital Marketing Manager at dbnAudile until COVID-19 left him jobless in 2021. During their time with dbnAudile, they achieved the co-creation of an entirely new company logo and brand overhaul, as well as working alongside developers to provide the content for a new website, and the accumulation of more than 10k followers from a base of 0 across various social media platforms. Most recently, they have been employed as an Editor at Fantasy Football Hub.

George Kenny attended Tadcaster Grammar School from 2007 to 2014, where they studied Economics, Mathematics, George'story, and Physics. George then went on to Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained a BA in Business and Marketing between 2014 and 2018. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Liverpool in 2019.
