Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen is an experienced restaurant manager and consultant with a career spanning several decades in the hospitality industry. Currently, Vincent serves as the Joy Asian Restaurant Manager at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino since June 2012. Vincent's extensive background includes roles as a Restaurant Consultant at W&S Management since 1999, General Manager at Maan Fu Steakhouse from 2005 to 2010, and General Manager at both Kobe Japanese Restaurant (2002-2004) and Fujiya Japanese and Chinese Buffet Restaurant (1993-1995).
