Jessica Martin

Jessica Martin has extensive work experience in the field of user experience design. Jessica is currently working as a User Experience Lead at Fantasy since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior UX Designer at the same company from February 2019 to February 2022.

Before Fantasy, Jessica worked at AKQA, where they held various positions. Jessica started as a Creative Technology Intern from June 2015 to August 2015, where they gained experience in designing and building digital and physical customer experiences. Jessica then worked as an Associate UX Designer from August 2015 to April 2017.

Jessica's role at AKQA shifted to User Experience Designer from April 2017 to July 2018. In this position, they worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and delight of brands or products. Jessica applied a strategic approach to design through user research, data analysis, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping.

Lastly, Jessica was promoted to the role of Senior User Experience Designer at AKQA from July 2018 to February 2019, where they continued to contribute their skills and expertise in enhancing user experiences.

Overall, Jessica has a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on improving user satisfaction and employing a strategic approach to design.

Jessica Martin has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Communications: Graphic Design from the same institution. Prior to attending Savannah College of Art and Design, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts: Arts and Humanities from Colorado State University. Additionally, Jessica has obtained certification as a Wilderness First Responder from the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI).
