Shailander Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in both the creative and telecommunications sectors. As the Founder of INDESIGN by Fanusta since September 2019, Shailander has developed an ecosystem that fosters collaboration between contemporary designers and traditional craftspeople, enhancing design aesthetics for consumers. Additionally, as the Founder and CEO of Fanusta Global since November 2015, Shailander leads efforts in creating unique home products by integrating traditional artistry with modern design principles. Prior to these ventures, Shailander held roles in Vodafone Global Enterprise from June 2010 to August 2013, focusing on pre-sales and solution designing, and at Vodafone from March 2007 to May 2010, where responsibilities included business development for data products. Shailander holds a PGDM in Marketing and Telecom from Sri Balaji Society, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
