Kasey Hickey is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and merchandising. Currently serving as the Flagship Store Director at FAO Schwarz since October 2021, Kasey previously held the position of Director of Outlets at L’OCCITANE Group from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Kasey spent nearly a decade at SWAROVSKI in various roles, including Head of Merchandising and Operations for the Northeast, Outlet Product Manager/Buyer, and Store Manager at Shops at Columbus Circle. Additional experience includes positions as Product Manager/Buyer at FULLBEAUTY Brands, Buyer at Spiegel, and Assistant Buyer at Bloomingdale's. Kasey holds a Bachelor's degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from Southern New Hampshire University.
