Jess Shields has extensive experience in event management, currently serving as the Head of Events for the Middle East at Live Nation Entertainment since January 2020. Additionally, Jess is the Director of Far and Beyond, an International Events Management Company specializing in large-scale events and music festivals, a role held since November 2016. Previous positions include Festival Manager for notable events such as Download Festival and Creamfields Festival at Festival Republic from December 2015 to October 2016, as well as various roles at Live Nation Entertainment from May 2008 to December 2015, where Jess organized large-scale events. Jess Shields holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2004 and 2007.
