Patricia Barry

Patricia Barry is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Director of Lower School at Far Hills Country Day School since July 2021, overseeing a Lower School of 125 students and 30 faculty members while leading initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Previously, Patricia held roles such as Director of Admissions and Director of Remote Learning at The Elisabeth Morrow School, where Patricia contributed to a curriculum focused on design thinking and project-based learning. Additional experience includes serving as the Online Learning Liaison and Director of Enrollment Management at The Green Vale School, as well as leadership positions at Oak Knoll School, Hoboken Montessori School, and The Montessori Children's Academy. Patricia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan University and a Master of Arts from New York University.
