Penetaui Kleskovic currently serves as a Councillor for the Far North District Council since October 2022, while also holding the position of General Manager at both Te Aupouri Commercial Development Ltd and Te Aupouri Fisheries Management Ltd since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Penetaui was the Managing Director of Kaharoa Enterprises from September 2019 to August 2021 and worked as a Community Coordinator at Te Puni Kōkiri from October 2019 to June 2021, focusing on enhancing productivity for Maori landowners. Additionally, Penetaui gained experience as a Youth Mentor with Ngapuhi Iwi social services from March 2018 to November 2019 and as a Property Manager at Whangaiti Management between September 2016 and February 2018.
