Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CereTax since July 2021, Mike has developed a reputation for creating innovative indirect tax calculation solutions. As Owner and Managing Partner of Far Point Systems, Mike leads the design and integration of advanced software systems utilized by government agencies and corporations worldwide. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Management at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America, Founder and Chief Product Strategist at SureTax, and key positions at Thomson Reuters and Tax Partners, LLC, where significant tax processing systems were developed. With a B.B.A. in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University, Mike's career spans over three decades, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and excellence in technology and tax solutions.
