Additionally, Troy holds the title of Principal Logistics Supply Chain Manager for the 127e Program Manager at Project Transition USA, an organization focused on aiding transitioning military veterans and their families in finding civilian careers. Previously, from March 2012 to July 2014, Troy was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Presidential Helicopters Program with the US Navy, specializing in financial analysis and management. Troy's educational background includes a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from Eisenhower School, an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Naval Postgraduate School, and a BS in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Minnesota.
