Bambi Heather Dickinson

Bambi Heather Dickinson, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources. Bambi Heather started their career as a Staffing Consultant at TALENT TREE, where they handled all aspects of the employment process and maintained client relationships. Later, they worked as a Board Liaison at the City of Atlantic Beach, assisting in administrative and compliance responsibilities. Bambi Heather then moved on to become a Human Resource Manager at GoFish Investments, where they managed HR functions for a retail company with multiple locations. Bambi then took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Paul Davis, responsible for various HR functions and ensuring compliance. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Farah & Farah.

Bambi Heather Dickinson, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology/History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they obtained from 1997 to 2003. Prior to their university education, Bambi obtained a High School Diploma from Vestavia Hills High School. In addition to their formal education, Bambi has acquired various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Priority Management - Field Proficiency from Paul Davis Restoration, obtained in August 2022; Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper, obtained in April 2021; GS&R - Excellence in the Field from Paul Davis, also obtained in April 2021; and the SHRM-CP from SHRM Certification, obtained in February 2019. Bambi also holds a Notary Public certification from the State of Florida, which they obtained in July 2015.
