Pascal Hermann

Pascal Hermann is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and simulation, currently serving as the Manager of Simulation at Farasis Energy Europe since January 2020, where leadership includes the development of a European Simulation Team of nine engineers and expertise in thermal propagation simulation for LIION batteries on a global scale. Prior to this role, Pascal was the Team Leader of Simulation at hofer powertrain from February 2018 to December 2019, guiding a team of five engineers and overseeing projects related to automotive applications, including hydraulic systems and thermal management. Pascal's earlier experience includes a position as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the University of Stuttgart from December 2013 to April 2017, focusing on advanced simulations and modeling. Educational qualifications include a Diplom Chemiker in Technische Chemie from the University of Stuttgart, completed in 2013.
