Phil Lei

Phil Lei currently serves as the General Manager of the Supply Chain Center at Farasis Energy, focusing on supply chain management for lithium-ion batteries since December 2019. Previous roles include senior director of quality and vice president of operations at Memsic Inc, managing MEMS products and their associated manufacturing processes from February 2016 to July 2019. Phil's experience also encompasses a senior management position in worldwide procurement for Dell in Shanghai, where responsibilities included quality control for HDD and SSD suppliers. Additional roles in quality management and technical support have been held at GMC, Magnecomp, IBM Storage System, and Lam Research Corp. Phil Lei earned a PhD in Material Science from Washington State University and holds advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy from Sichuan University and Central South University, respectively.
