Ivan Balukov

Ivan Balukov has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Ivan currently serves as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at Farel (YC S20) since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DINS as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, where they implemented an accurate QA workflow and led a team of manual and automation QA engineers. Ivan also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer and Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at DINS, where they converted tests from JavaScript to TypeScript and refactored page objects for tests to components.

Before joining DINS, Ivan worked at Yandex as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they successfully tested a massive app from scratch to release and achieved a rating of 4.5 stars in Google Store. Ivan also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Kongsberg Maritime, where they created and implemented a testing workflow from scratch and added automation for regression testing. Ivan began their career at R-Style Softlab as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they created and implemented a testing workflow, developed interface design standards, and trained newcomers.
