Victor Shlykov

Victor Shlykov has a diverse work experience. Victor is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Farel (YC S20) since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Akvelon, Inc. from February 2019 to March 2023. Victor also worked as a Project Manager at Field Education International, Ltd. from August 2016 to February 2019. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Baikal Trip from April 2013 to August 2016. Victor started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Compass Cove Oceanfront Resort in May 2015, where they worked until September 2015.

Victor Shlykov pursued their education in a systematic manner, with a focus on business administration, management, pedagogy, and linguistics. In 2011, they enrolled at Moscow State Linguistic University and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Linguistics. After that, they attended Universidad de Guadalajara in 2014, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management within the same year.
