Shannon Kimball

Shannon Kimball represents companies, investors, and acquirors in a broad range of corporate transactional matters. She has represented several strategic buyers in acquisitions of technology companies, leading venture capital firms in early-stage investments, and emerging companies throughout their lifecycles.

Prior to law school, she worked in fundraising for an international development nonprofit.
