Victoria Constance Huang represents technology clients in intellectual property litigation and other commercial disputes with a focus on litigation in federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and arbitration.
Victoria has experience drafting pleadings, petitions for PTAB inter partes review, declarations, motion papers, written discovery, and infringement/invalidity contentions. She has analyzed patents, technical specifications, commercial contracts, licenses, memoranda of understanding, and settlement agreements. She has assisted in the taking and defending of depositions and prepared technical experts for depositions and expert reports. Collaborating with clients’ engineers she has developed non-infringement strategies.
Victoria served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and as an Advisor to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in Geneva, Switzerland.
Her pro bono experience includes counseling clients on asylum applications and renewals and assisting former foster youth with identity fraud issues.
