Rajat Bhatia serves as the SVP & Head of People & Culture at Fareportal since January 2016, where leadership impacts employee experience across India, the US, and Mexico through innovative strategies and a future-proof organizational structure. Previously, Rajat held the position of VP & Head of People & Culture at Fareportal, focusing on cultural transformation, leadership development, talent acquisition, and compliance frameworks. Prior experience includes a strategic role at Serco Global Services as VP & Head of Solution Design, HR & Training, and various quality management positions at Wipro, GE Money Servicing, Genpact, and Panasonic India. Rajat holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI and an AISSCE in Science from St. Columbas School.
