Shikha Agnihotri

Shikha Agnihotri has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Fareportal since May 2018. Previous roles include Recruitment Lead at Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Corporate HR at Rapidsoft Technologies, among others. Beginning a career at Xploro Technologies as Executive HR in January 2011, Shikha also worked as an IT Recruiter at US Tech Solutions and held trainee positions at Rockwell Automation, where foundational knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems was gained. An internship at Bharat Electronics provided insights into CMMI during a 45-day industrial training. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Instrumentation from ITM Group of Institutions, completed in 2011.
