Vicky Thadani has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Manager at Fareportal since May 2016, after holding the position of Assistant Manager. Prior to Fareportal, Vicky worked at Convergys from December 2012 to May 2016 as a Customer Service Team Lead. Vicky's career began at Wipro Limited, where responsibilities included the role of Senior Associate from August 2011 until December 2012. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from KLE Society's Lingaraj College, Belgaum, completed in 2011.
