Mihika Manchanda

Mihika Manchanda's work experience begins with their role as a Psychologist at the Bosco organization for social concerns and operations, where they provided psycho social support to refugees and conducted assessments and therapy for clients with mental health issues. Mihika then worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Sage Solutions Pvt Ltd for four years. After that, they joined InterGlobe Air Transport Limited (IGAT) as a Sr Executive- HR, managing human resources for the company. Currently, Mihika works at FarEye as a Manager - People & Culture, responsible for organizational development. Additionally, they have interned and volunteered at VIMHANS Hospital, where they conducted a pilot project and participated in various psychiatric assessments and workshops.

Mihika Manchanda obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Amity University, Noida, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology with Honors from Delhi University between 2009 and 2011.
