André Cavaco Leitão

André Cavaco Leitão is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience at FARFETCH since May 2015, currently serving as Senior Director of Finance Business Partnering & Workforce Optimisation. In this role, André leads finance business partnering for operations and technology, P&L controlling, workforce management, data and analytics, and automation initiatives. With a strong focus on strategic operations planning and financial controlling, André has successfully managed budgets exceeding $200M and achieved significant cost savings through automation. Previously, André held multiple leadership positions in workforce management at FARFETCH and Teleperformance Portugal, alongside co-founding Dream Assembly where mentoring startups was a key responsibility. André holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa.
