Carina Torchia

Carina Torchia is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management across various industries. Currently serving as People Director LATAM at FARFETCH since July 2020, Carina oversees a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity initiatives in Brazil and Mexico. Previously, Carina held leadership roles at RB and Pinheiro Neto Advogados, where responsibilities included enhancing employee life cycles, workforce planning, and implementing organizational development projects. Carina's experience also encompasses positions at Hypermarcas S/A, Mondelēz International, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Unilever, contributing to significant HR transformations and strategic initiatives. Carina holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a degree in Psychology from UniFMU.
