Stephen Massam

Stephen Massam is an experienced professional in the horticultural industry, currently serving as National Products Commercial Manager at Fargro Limited since March 2021, following a role as National Product Manager. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Grower/Production Manager at Lovania Nurseries Limited from November 2013 to March 2021 and worked as a Grower at Ornamental Plants Limited from January 2008 to November 2013. Early in Stephen's career, experience included landscape gardening at Tarleton Specimen Plants Limited and serving as an infantry soldier in the British Army. Stephen's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from Harper Adams University, a Master of Horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society, and a Level 3 qualification in Production Horticulture from Myerscough College, along with various qualifications in horticulture from BASIS Reg Ltd.
