Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish
    • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
  • Customer Relations:
    • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process
    • Address customer concerns and questions promptly
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Proven sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on selling products and services to:
