Jeff Richardson

Jeff Richardson currently serves as the Operations Manager at Faribault Foods, Inc., a position held since January 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing production and sanitation departments while leading a team of over 80 employees. Previously, Jeff held the role of Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on HACCP, SQF, auditing, and thermal processing to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality foods. Prior to Faribault Foods, Jeff worked as a Microbiologist at Nestle and as a Senior Microbiology Technologist at Land O'Lakes. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2001 and 2004.
