Brian Jolly

Brian Jolly is a seasoned attorney with a practice focused on corporate and general business matters, as well as estate and succession planning at Farleigh Wada Witt since November 2017. With over a decade of experience, Brian has represented families, closely held businesses, and non-profit organizations, specializing in business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and various disputes within business and estate planning. Additionally, Brian serves as a board member for Chess for Success and has held partner and attorney positions at Kivel & Howard LLP, Blueprint PDX, and Black Helterline LLP. Brian's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Portland State University.
