Steve Bennett

Steve Bennett is a shareholder at Farleigh Wada Witt since January 2013, specializing in business transactions, contract drafting, and general client advice, alongside active involvement in estate planning and administration. Prior to this role, Steve served as a partner at Powers McCulloch & Bennett from June 1981 to December 2012, where the focus was on business law, complex client counseling, estate planning, and document preparation. Steve's legal career began as an associate at Powers McCulloch and at Palmer Feltz Sherry & Smith (now Smith McDonald & Vaught, LLP). Steve holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.
