As Vice President of Operations at FarmBox Foods, Eric is able to exercise his logistical planning skills and talent for building personal relationships, while at the same time following his passion for helping people. Eric enjoys working for a growing company that’s engaged in meaningful causes, ones that both he and his kids can be proud of. Feeding those in need with sustainable, eco-friendly container farms that use less resources and land than traditional farming operations combines the very core values that Eric finds most important.
He has extensive professional experience, including managing sales teams, creating programs from scratch, and handling large contracts, making him an ideal fit for his role at FarmBox Foods.
In addition to helping the company extend its global reach in the coming years, Eric and his family have made it their personal goal to one day purchase a FarmBox Foods unit and donate it to a St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital so pediatric patients have an opportunity to experience the fresh, crisp indoor growing environment without leaving the hospital grounds.
In his spare time, Eric likes to go camping, sailing and fly fishing with his two boys, ages 12 and 14. The boys play baseball on traveling teams and recently took up jiu-jitsu, which resulted in Eric trying his hand at the mixed martial art.
