Janie Casas

Janie has been with Farm Bureau Bank for over 20 years and has served in a multitude of roles throughout the Bank, ranging from Customer Care Representative to HR Coordinator. As the GVP Chief People Officer, Janie is responsible for strategic human resource planning and supervises the Talent Development Team, providing and cultivating the best talent available.

Janie earned her BBA in Human Resources from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She serves her community as a board member of SAMMinistries in San Antonio, Texas.
