Jeff Spencer

Jeff has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry focusing on complex financial analysis, performance analysis, and strategy development. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, he worked for United Service Automobile Association FSB [USAA] in a variety of roles, handling strategic planning, forecasting, performance analysis, product pricing, capital markets and capital, liquidity, and interest rate risk management. Jeff joined Farm Bureau Bank in 2018 as VP of Finance and Product Management and currently leads the Finance, Accounting, Data Management, Product Management, and Marketing teams as CFO.

Jeff graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Jeff maintains multiple designations, including Certified Public Accountant [CPA] and Chartered Financial Analyst.
