Shane Wells

Shane Wells is an experienced Enterprise Data Architect currently working at Farm Bureau Health Plans since July 2023 and serving as the Owner of Superior Consulting Group, LLC since July 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Blue Cross of Idaho from June 1996 to May 2022, where Shane progressed through various roles, including Director of Systems & Programming, Manager of Information Delivery, and Supervisor of Enterprise Business Intelligence. Responsibilities encompassed overseeing data platforms, business intelligence, and analytics, as well as strategic planning, budget management, and vendor relations. Shane holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Programming/System Technology from Idaho State University.
