Sara Deich

Sara Deich, SPHR, serves as the HR Programs Manager at Farm Bureau Financial Services and has previously held the position of Human Resources Program Coordinator within the same company. Involvement with the Iowa SHRM State Council includes roles as State Council Director and State Conference Co-Director. Additionally, Sara has contributed to the Central Iowa SHRM as VP of Member Communications and served as Chapter President. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Central College, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
