Danielle Austin

Danielle Austin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and enforcement. Currently serving as a Senior Enforcement Examiner at the Farm Credit Administration since June 2015, Danielle has held various roles including Commissioned Bank Examiner and Associate Examiner. Prior to this, Danielle gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, conducting legal research across multiple areas of law and drafting legal documents. Danielle's legal foundation also includes a position as a Civil Procedure Teaching Fellow at Hofstra University School of Law, where oversight of student exercises and legal research support for professors were key responsibilities. Additional legal internships and educational roles further demonstrate Danielle's commitment to legal excellence, culminating in a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, and Government from California State University, Sacramento.
