Ward Griffin

Deputy General Counsel at Farm Credit Administration

Ward Griffin serves as the Deputy General Counsel at the Farm Credit Administration since July 2021, with previous experience as Acting General Counsel. Prior to this role, Ward Griffin was with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission from October 2008 to July 2021, where various positions included Senior Special Counsel in the Division of Clearing and Risk and Special Counsel to Chairman Timothy G. Massad. Earlier in the career, Ward Griffin worked as an Attorney at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board from February 2004 to October 2008. Academically, Ward Griffin holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
