Aaron Wiechman has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting in 2003. Aaron began their career at M&I Bank, where they held positions such as International Banking Representative and Commercial Banking Representative, focusing on financial analysis, customer service, and business development.
In 2011, Wiechman joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as a Vice President in Commercial Banking. Aaron managed and developed high-value middle market commercial relationships, provided financial advice to customers, and matched appropriate bank products and services to clients.
Since 2013, Wiechman has been with Farm Credit Bank of Texas, where they have held various leadership roles. Aaron has served as a Senior Credit Officer, Vice President Manager Agribusiness Lending, and Senior Vice President Regional Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, where their responsibilities include credit leadership, business development assistance, and portfolio management.
Aaron Wiechman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Friends University in 2001. Aaron furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baker University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to their university education, Aaron attended Northwest High School from 1991 to 1995.
