Oona Stock

Oona Stock is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational and cultural transformation, currently serving as the Head of Organizational and Cultural Transformation at FCC/FAC since August 2023. Previously, Oona held several key positions, including Board Member at Norda Stelo, member of the advisory committee at HEC Montréal, and Head of Executive Coaching at KPMG Canada. Oona's expertise also includes serving as Partner and Head of Transformation at Roland Berger, Leader of the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative at the Investor Leadership Network, and Executive Vice-President at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where contributions included talent management and strategic alignment. Oona's career at KPMG-SECOR spanned several roles, from Partner in Strategy and Operations to Director of Marketing and Communications, along with experience as a radio show host. Oona holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
