Jim McCormack

Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc.

Jim McCormack has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jim started their career in the US Army as a Servicemember from 1999 to 2009. Following this, they worked at Blue Orb Technologies as a Lead Software Engineer from 2008 to 2014, where they led development teams and hired skilled programmers.

From 2014 to 2016, Jim worked at Sterling National Bank as a Senior Systems Analyst / Implementation Project Manager. Jim successfully led projects to design and merge production systems, manage mobile application deployments, and automate various department workflows.

Jim then joined Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. and held several roles. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Director of Application Development, leading a team of 50+ members to ensure software development adhered to Agile methodologies. From 2018 to 2019, they were promoted to Senior Director of Application Development and Architecture, driving innovation in the Salesforce and Azure platforms. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering and Architecture, overseeing application and architecture groups and ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.

Currently, Jim holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. Jim provides strategic oversight for the company's suite of cloud-based products and services and is responsible for developing an API-first ecosystem for seamless customer experience.

Throughout their career, Jim has showcased their leadership skills, innovation, and expertise in delivering complex solutions.

Jim McCormack has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016.

Prior to their M.B.A., Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Fordham University. The specific years of their undergraduate degree were not provided.
