Teresa Heath-Alva

Teresa Heath-Alva serves as the CEO of Farm Credit Foundations, a role held since October 2007, where leadership focuses on developing and delivering Human Resource solutions for Farm Credit employers and their employees. Prior to this position, Teresa was the VP of Operations at the same organization, responsible for business strategy development and alignment with organizational goals. From July 1993 to July 2007, Teresa held the position of General Manager and VP of Sales/Account Management at Ceridian, overseeing a seven-state region, managing customer relations for over 600 clients, and achieving recognition for excellence in team performance and customer satisfaction. Teresa holds degrees in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Series 27 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and completed a program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2014.
