Dawn Karrer

Dawn Karrer, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior HR Relationship Manager at Farm Credit Mid-America since October 2014, Dawn fosters influential partnerships across leadership levels and develops initiatives to bolster business operations in various teams. Prior experiences include serving as HR Manager and later HR Generalist at West IP Communications, where Dawn managed all HR functions following the company's acquisition. Dawn began the career in HR as a consultant at Integrity HR, Inc., after starting as an intern. The foundational experience includes a role as a VAT/UAW Trainer at Ford Motor Company, contributing to teamwork and continuous improvement.
