Kayla McCandlish

Kayla McCandlish is an experienced education and customer service professional currently serving as a Closing Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Farm Credit Mid-America since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kayla worked as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher and a STREAM/Technology Teacher at Iroquois Central School District, where responsibilities included planning instructional activities, evaluating student performance, and integrating technology in the classroom. Additional experience includes a Youth Program Educator position at Say Yes Buffalo, a Preservice Teacher role at Fairfield Union High School, and an internship with the Ohio Soybean Council/Ohio Soybean Association, where interactive lessons on agriculture were developed. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Education in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and an Associate's degree in Agricultural Teacher Education from Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute.
