Stephanie Shaikun

Stephanie Shaikun is an experienced professional in sales and financial training management, currently serving as the Sales and Financial Training Manager and Head of Organizational Development at Farm Credit Mid-America since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Humana from June 2007 to January 2022, including Manager, where expertise in driving learning programs for IT associates was demonstrated. Previous positions include Training Specialist at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Information Technology Trainer and Webconference Consultant at CCN Inc., and Training Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
