Fip Motilall

Fip Motilall has extensive work experience in various industries. Fip is currently the Managing Director at Farm Fresh Produce Inc. since May 2013. Prior to this, they served as the President of Synergy Energy Solutions Inc. starting from August 2009. Fip developed, designed, supplied, and installed renewable energy systems during this role. Before that, they were the President of Timberland Estates LLC, starting from May 2006, where they developed a mixed-use property. From January 1988, they were the President of Synergy Holdings Inc. and identified and developed energy, infrastructure, and agricultural projects. Lastly, from August 1988 to February 1998, they served as the President of Lazers H2O Inc., where they designed, supplied, and serviced water purification equipment. Fip successfully sold the company to US Filter in 1998.

Fip Motilall's education history begins with their attendance at Queens College Georgetown Guyana from 1972 to 1977. During this time, they pursued a diploma in the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program. After completing this program, Fip Motilall furthered their education at the University of Minnesota from 1979 to 1983. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on fluid mechanics and separation.
