Miranda Eisen is an experienced professional in animal advocacy and law, currently serving as an Outreach & State Policy Specialist at Farm Sanctuary since January 2023. Previous experience includes internship positions at The Humane Society of the United States and Animal Equality, and roles such as Legislative & Public Policy Fellow at Rise for Animals and Criminal Justice Program Law Clerk at the Animal Legal Defense Fund. As Pro Bono Chair of the Lewis & Clark ALDF Chapter and Symposium Editor for the Animal Law Review, Miranda has demonstrated leadership and commitment to animal law. Miranda holds a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Bioethics from the University of Puget Sound. Additional involvement includes serving as a Victim Advocate and AWARE® Program Coordinator at the Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse.
