Claire van Enk is the Founder/CEO of Farm to Feed, a company that tackles food loss and waste by rescuing imperfect/surplus produce. With a background in strategy and operations management, Claire has worked in various consultancy roles for both public and private sectors. Claire holds a Master's degree in Urban Management and Real Estate & Housing from Delft University of Technology.
