Ryan Stovall

Ryan Stovall possesses a diverse background in law enforcement and public service, currently serving as a Security Specialist at FarmaceuticalRX since April 2021 and as a Patrolman for the Village of Leetonia since October 2020. Stovall holds certifications as a Pyrotechnician in Ohio and West Virginia, qualified to conduct professional fireworks displays since September 2013. Previous roles include serving as Mayor of East Liverpool, Ohio from January 2016 to December 2019, and as a Patrolman with the Saint Clair Township Police Department from October 2003 to March 2016. Additionally, Stovall was a City Councilman for the City of East Liverpool from January 2008 to February 2015.
