Jorge Vargas Venero

Jorge Vargas Venero currently serves as the VP of Pharmacy Operations at Farmacia Caridad since December 2021. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Key Account Manager at Merck from September 2020 to December 2021. Jorge has extensive experience in clinical pharmacy, having worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Abarca Health between April 2017 and September 2020, and as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from August 2014 to April 2017. Additionally, Jorge gained valuable experience as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy and Pfizer in 2013. Jorge earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Pharmacy in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras in 2012.
