Milagros Rivera Ortiz Ms

Milagros Rivera Ortiz, MS, is a seasoned professional in human resources and psychological services with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Coordinador de RR. HH. at Farmacia Savia since July 2022 and as Coordinadora Recursos Humanos at Farmacia Caridad since May 2021, Milagros has demonstrated strong leadership in human resources management. Previously, Milagros worked as a Medical Representative at Kramer Novis from August 2012 to May 2021 and held an Administrative Assistance position in the Psychiatrist Area at Hospital San Juan Capestrano from 2006 to April 2013. Milagros also completed internships in Industrial Organizational Psychology at GE and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico in 2010 and 2009, respectively. Milagros holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico-Carolina.
