Alvaro Pita Martín

Alvaro Pita Martín is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and e-commerce. Currently serving as the CTO at Farmaciasdirect since August 2021, Alvaro has previously held the role of CTO at SCALPERS from July 2017 to August 2021 and co-owner at Ikigai Sushi from August 2020 to May 2022. Alvaro's freelance work from January 2008 to July 2021 involved software development, IT consulting, and systems installation and maintenance. Additional roles include managing e-commerce for Ayives.com at Innomática Servicios de Información and overseeing production control software development at Argüelles Servicios Gráficos. Alvaro began a career in technology as an intern at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, where web tools for real-time incident reporting were developed.
